Looks like the cover of a book done by a painter or very good computer. The title of the book is probably 'Wicca Candle Migica' by Gerina Dunwich (author/writer)

I don't know but it looks like something done by a pagan artist or something. My favorite painting is The Horseman of Death by Salvador Dali.
