Make sure your NUM LOCK key is on on the keyboard.
Try entering the numbers from the keys over the letters, instead of from the number pad.
Make sure your CAPS LOCK key is not on.

Please note that a Code is 10 characters and may contain letters, numbers, or a combination of both. Codes are not case sensitive. Please check the following:
Did you enter the Code correctly? If the Code you are entering is not an acceptable "Diet Pepsi Box Office" Code, you will receive the following message: "Sorry. This is not a valid Code." Please check that you've entered the number correctly.
Possible errors in entering the Code are:
Transposing characters
Skipping or repeating a character
Entering a space at the beginning or end of the Code
Mistaking a capital letter for a number or vice versa
Did you attempt to enter multiple invalid Codes resulting in a temporary freeze on your account? If so, your Account will be reactivated within 24 hours.
Only enter numbers and letters. Symbols such as *,. () cannot be used
Have you already entered that Code? Each 10-digit alphanumeric code can only be entered once. Once a Code has been entered, it then becomes void and cannot be entered again. If your Code has already been submitted, system will say "Code has already been entered" or just "invalid".
