Hiding something from you means it wasn't innocent. Apparently you found them, though, so I can only imagine the trust issues you and your boyfriend have. And this is the real problem.
You're either going to have to work out what the two of you trust the other to do and be okay with it, or you're going to have to figure out an amicable way to go your separate ways. The relationship will only go sour for both of you - if it isn't already - if you can't find a way to trust each other.
By the way, way to use your intuition - I mean it - to uncover what he was "innocently" lying about. That you would have to dig is the smaller issue. That he would hide something he knew you wouldn't find innocent is the bigger issue. Good luck.

Just because he's not totally monopolizing all of his time by chatting with you, doesn't mean he's getting some action on the side. Jesus, women, understand sometimes guys need to get the hell away from you for more than the 30 minutes it takes you take a shower. If he hid these women from you, he may have not wanted you to go off half ****** when he first met you and then never get to have a relationship with you. If you could just talk to him you might find that he has had several girlfriends who blew up when they found out about E-Wanda or whatever. On the other hand, he's probably just keeping them on the line so when you do find out about them, he can drop you after he's banged you and grab one of them for a nice romp with your woman juice still on him.

The fact that he feels he needs to hide them from you shows that they are not innocent. I would not trust him.

it's not innocent if he has to lie about them or if he has to hide them. the best and easiest way to find out how "innocent" is to have him chat with them in front of you or let you talk to them to. if he refuses, it's bad news. time to move on!
