I here all these commentes on illegals and how there to blame for whats wrong wiht society and little on the businesses that employ them. It's all supply and demand. There is a demand for workers in many fields and Mexico's supllying the men and women. American's want to get payed more, and pay less for goods. If Americans want to pay less, you have to pay less for the product. The way I see it we want it both ways. The minimum wage hasn't change in like 10 years yet teh Republican Majority Congress just gave themselves a pay raise for the great job they and the Democrats are doing Dispite some of the corrption. So who's to blame , if anybody, Government, immigrants, employers, or the American people.

I think the government is to blame. If they would enforce the law as it stands, we would not be having these issues.
Now they want new laws. If they aren't obeying the current laws, why should they obey new ones? It just
does not make sense.

I am tired of hearing everyone's griping about the borders when they don't know what they're talking about. If you don't live in a border state, you don't know anything about it. If you do, you know how many people there are that come across and you know the amount of hard labor they do that no one else wants to. You know that some people will find something to get riled up about, just to give their own boring lives some meaning.
Anyway, this country was built on immigrants. Enough got here to say, "Okay, no more." So all illegals are doing is breaking the law in order to provide for their families. How many Americans break the law by speeding just because they got up late? All I'm saying is that the Mexican people are not harming anyone. Sure the borders should be strengthened, but that doesn't mean we need to KILL all illegals. C'mon.

It is the United States government and the governments that these people came from.

The United States for not enforcing the laws and legally placing the hefty fines that are on the books for companies that do such.

The businesses that employ them because they are breaking known laws of this country and help to harbor known people that are breaking the law.

The countries that these people came from for not addressing the problems within their own country that have these people are citizens of and seeing to their needs vs them coming to a foreign country and expecting them to see to their needs.

The average American is the pawn in all of this with them having to carry the load to foot the tax bill that pays for so much of this foolishness while they watch as jobs are being lost, wages driven down, while their children will have to carry even a heavier load if changes do not happen soon.

There is no doubt this is one of the related problems. This is where they obtain the Republican backing for amnesty - through big and small business.

If they simply enforced the laws on the books prohibiting the hiring of an illegal allien they wouldn't need a wall, wouldn't need the national guard on the border, and wouldn't have all this debate. But both parties are to blame - not one.

Illegals are to blame;point blank. They know that its illegal to cross the border without the right documentation. Yet they disrespect our laws and demand rights. The arrogant illegal aliens, suddenly have courage in the US and not in their home country to stand up for their rights.

I'm tried of illegal aliens driving on the roads in America without license. I've had two car accidents in my life and both where with illegal without documentation and their faults (police evidence). Why should I have sympathy for a group of people who continually break our State/Federal laws. Why am I held to a standard that they aren't? I have to prove that I have insurance and drivers license. In both cases the Latin officers let these individuals walk away. If I didn't have the documentation I would have been taken to jail. Why would any American support the rights of foreigner at their own deteriorating liberties; yet there are such fools who vote.

Both are to blame. We MUST deport the illegals, and those who knowing hire them should be heavily fined and face jail time. It's not a matter of which party is doing what or where. It's a matter of getting these illegals out of our country and stopping people from hiring them

DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS

the government is to blame. At one time there was no such thing as illegal or an American other than Indians the government took away the freedom of entering the country as you please who are they to decide "now its time to stop letting people in all our families are here from outher countries so the rest dont matter" I dont care what color you are what language you speak we are all wet backs no matter what. so next time you see an "illegal" dont call them wetbacks call yourself one because that is what you really are it dosent matter how long your family has been in these states you know where you came from

They are all to blame. You don't here about the others much because politicians and business men that hire illegals are not on this board expressing their real views.

Immigrants fill a niche. Economy always needs cheap workers. Everything else is just nonsense.

Well, we ned to step up border control. Period. But not all bussiness owners know that their emplyees are illegals. As far as the ones who do, I believe that are at fault for many things.
