You can't really control when you fall in love, can you? So I would say, no, 13 is not too young to feel love.
As far as having a boyfriend when you're 13, I would also say that's ok as long as the relationship is pure. Plus, it depends on what your parents think. If your parents think you're too young to have a boyfriend you should respect that, because a Christian should honor their father and mother.

Yes it is too young to have a boyfriend. Not too young to feel "love" but definately too young to act on it at all in a responsible manner. Enjoy being a kid for crying out loud.

yes to both have lots of friends that you like but save love and boyfriend for later
