Now go to bed earlier. If you're not tired, get off the computer and exercise before going to bed. Also, don't eat late.
A good time to go to bed would be 9-10 P.M.

I hate it but i have to get up at 5:00 every day for school so the only thing i could do is get used to it!

i have to get up at 6:oo now cause of middle school

sleep early, u should get 8 hrs of sleep. so u should sleep at 9pm.

Drink tea withouth cafeine, it'll help you sleep. (It works for me)
