Chocolate can help short-term. It activates the pleasure centers in the brain and has sugar and caffeine that gives you a temporary boost of energy.

But if you are stressed about being overweight, the chocolate bar might not be the way to go.

If your looking at real life:
Yes absolutly! When the going gets tough eat chocolate!

If your looking it in a scientific way:
No, it's a comfat food which only gives you short term happiness!

But who gives a rats *** about what scientist says! they should try having some of our worries!

No, this just has to do with what kind of relationship people have with food. When stressed or when things get difficult, many people turn to food to soothe themselves...much like when a baby cries, we feed it.
