I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Actually, without the food the spoon (or fork) has no power, so you can have guns, it's the bullets that we should hide. When you allow the mentality that having a gun is the ultimate in self defense, and that your well being carries more weight than someone elses, you sponsor an atmosphere where people who subscribe to your propaganda feel as if they have a right to turn a weapon on someone who they perceive as attempting to create a harmful situation. This opens an entirely new can of worms. It's nice to preach gun safety and to "be sure before you shoot", but the level of proof required that this is a justified shooting opportunity can vary greatly among people. I am not suggesting the elimination of one's right to own a gun, that's a constitutional guarantee. But stop purporting to be interested in personal protection. It's all about power.

I totally agree, and no im not some smug gun toting redneck, guns are not to blame for crime it takes physical action from a PERSON to make the gun shoot, its just a tool like a hammer or a pen. it was said best, guns dont kill people, people kill people.

Depends, did she use a spoon or fork? Possibly she used a combination of silver-ware.

That is funny, I almost sprayed water on my screen when I was taking a drink.

I vote for a spork, that way she wouldn't have to waste time switching between utensils.
