When you name any pet, you don't have to stick with the colors of it's fur. I have had many kittens, both male and female. Here are the names I named my girl kittens and cats:

Suzy, Kylee, Mitten, Peanut, Bootsie, Stockings, Tipper, Arnery, Patchwork, Sunshine, Shy, Bashful, Cloudy, Spirit, Precious, Valerie.

The other names were boys names but could be used for girls too, they are: Max, Lynn, Cutie, Fluffy, Alex, Jumpy, Sage, and Mask, Fuzzy, Bright Eyes, Kit Lou, Copper, Tiger, Lorca, Bear.

Half the fun is naming your pet!! I am sure you will come up with a good name for her that both of you will enjoy.

Good luck to you and your new little friend. Pets were given to us humans for unconditional love, respect, kindness, appreciation, and companionship and friendship.

Enjoy! I hope I was some what helpful!

Well, here are a few. When I was a kid, I named my cat Sally. My dad had named her Olive Oil after Popeye's girlfriend, but the name didn't stick. Other female cats I've known were named Mimi, Butterball, Blossom, Abbey, Little Girl, Princess ,Wild Thing, Klamath Jane, Gloriosa, Sweetie Pie, and Girlfriend.

Here's a site for you, but here are the names of some of the cats I've had or my relatives have had.
Jabber, Lucyfur, Sockie, Mystic, Sprite, Goblin, Baghera, Tom, Meiko, Miss Kitty, Sunshine, Ghost, Paige, Carrie, Fraidy, Kiara...Once you get your kitty, get to know it before you decide on a name. Personality, color, etc are some things to go off of when you're picking a name. My male cat, Shady, got his name because he's all gray, but when he goes outside he blends in with the shadows. If something comes to you, and you can't get that one name out of your head....that's more than likely the cat's name. I believe that all animals have names, they just can't speak to tell us so we have to figure it out. Good luck on your name search! I'm sure you will come up with something great for your new kitty!

I love the name Abby. Or maybe Karla, Carly, Callie, Kari, JoJo, Addie, Lizzie, Miranda, Rosa, Rose, Tiffany, Lilian, Lil, Patch, Ali, A.J., Joy, Joyca, Lacey, Tracey, Jacey, Marla, Kendra, Bitty, Stephanie, Anny, Anna, Mandy, Chloe, Chleo, Snowy, Pheoby, Daphney, Daisy, Dana, Wanda, Wendy, Cazzy, ect. Go CRAZY!! No matter what, I'm sure your kitty will love any name you give her. Sometimes, you have to look at their face to discover the perfect name.

I LOVE names from literature, mythology, and such. Athena, Guinevere, Lady MacBeth, like that. My daughter has one called "Marshmallow," gray tail (like a marshmallow stick), gray and brown patches on her face (like toasted areas), and white fur everywhere else. Yours may have a physical attribute that will suggest something, or observe it for a couple of days to see about personality traits. Had a yellow tabby years ago who had been named Garfield (of course), until we learned that he had been scrounging for food around the neighborhood (he was getting fed by at least 2 other families) We changed his name to Benedict (from Benedict Arnold).

On the other hand, it probably doesn't matter what you name it, It won't answer anyway.
