try to, the trouble with smoothies is that to benefit from the fibre in fruit and veg, we need to eat the skins, so sorry to all those who drink them as an alternative to fresh fruit and veg, it is virtually pointless. It is best to add it to your 5 a day to benefit!

I try but do not always manage it. Theres a great place called FUEL in Reading who do smoothies (diary and non), veg juice drinks and stuff and they reckon they can account for about 4-6 portions of your daily intake of fruit and veg so this helps loads!!

I really try really really hard to do this.
Most of the time i can do it.
Not every day.
Today i had:
sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots, cabbage, potatoes with skins. so i am getting close. Had a veggie plate for lunch.
