well normaly babys wear plastic pants and yes u wear a diaper with them

well being and adult i dont recomend it but ya know if u must. just watch it dont get a diper rash i hear them hurt prity bad and if u was to get it on ur balls or on ur winky that might hurt. but just remember if u wear them out side dont wear anything over them and dont pee in the pool cause the pee wont go out of them
but as to ur question i would wear a diaper with them if thay make one big enough for u

you can do it eather way. It's up to you. If you are planing to use it to hold your pee I would say with a diaper. Thay do help keep the sound down.
