If you do have food poisoning it would not be from the Taco Bell that you just ate. Food poisoning actually will not cause any side affects until 24-hours after eating the bad food. So, if you do have food poisoning I'd look into whatever you ate the day before

You could, but it's too soon to be from the Taco Bell food. Food poisoning usually comes with diarrhea as well, and often a headache. More serious cases generate a fever. Most cases go away by themselves in a couple of days, but if your diarrhea becomes serious and prolonged, you'll probably need to be hospitalized for a few days.

Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are all symptoms of food poisoning. What you ate was not cooked properly, or the sauce was not refrigerated properly. Don't eat anything else until things quiet down, drink lots of water to replace the liquids that you've lost. If you're still vomiting after a few hours, see a doctor ASAP.

You may have a food-borne illness, but it probably wasn't the Taco Bell. The most common germs that cause food-borne diseases are salmonella (usually found in eggs, chicken), E coli (ground beef), Campylobacter, and Norwalk/Norwalk-like viruses. None of them cause illness within 1 hour.

(Salmonella infections take about 12 hours to develop, E.coli infections take about 1 to 3 days, Campylobacter takes about 2 days, and Norwalk-like viruses take about 1 day.)

I got it once from chicken when I was in Boston. It hit about 5 hours later. Puking and s-hitting. 4 days straight.

I doubt if it's food poison ing. You wouldn't be at the computer. You'd be sitting on the toilet with a bucket in front of you.

When you are able to, drink some Gatorade to replenish your electrolytes.

It's possible. Go to an urgent care or ER if you don't stop soon. Food poisening is no joke!

Food poisoning causes diarrhea, nausea, cold chills/sweats, dry heaves and weakness....almost like the flu. I would suggest you call a doctor or the emergency room and explain your symptoms. They may need you to come in and give a "sample" to be sure.

You can still type. I doubt it.
1 hour is very fast.

Better call the outlet and ask if they had more complaints.
They are theoretically legally bound to tell you to get to a hospital if they even suspect anything is wrong.

I got it from pork once. But it hit me (and my husband) like 5 hours later (exactly the same time we jumped out of bed to had to the bathrooms). I don't know - an hour isn't very long. Hard to tell. Hope you feel better!!!
