I really like this guy. We've been friends for a while and we do hang out one on one. I think he likes me, but I'm not sure if he's looking elsewhere too. I want to keep his eye while were in group activities with our other friends. I'm pretty shy and I'm trying to break myself of it. What could I do to catch his eye when we all get together to watch movies and play games? or why do guys notice certain women in crowded situations?

Go up and ask him some questions...have you spoken to him before? Does it seem like he's seeing someone, does he bring a woman with him to these activities? If ya really like him, ponder on how you'd feel if he met someone else next week, and you missed your chance...go for it!

Try hanging out in more of a 'dating' scenario, without actually calling it a date. If it's meant to be, it'll be like a date.
