How do i create an animated icon without paying alot of money. I preferably want to download the programme not pay for it. It sounds cheap i knoew but im broke n really need to download a programme that will let me create animated images/pictures/photos/icons/avatars

hmmm.. dunno... my animated pictures are made with commercial software.. from Serif... and I dunno if it will create animated icons... or just animated Gif's (I just rebuilt my HD and havn't finished installing all my software)
