how can i get this guy from calling and im me...i'm 17 and hes 21....he knows that i dont have a bf but he just cant get the hint that i dont want to go out with him any suggestions....dont worry i've already tried being a ***** to the guy and he still cant get it

When he calls, don't pick up the phone. Tell him if he calls again that you are going to contact the police and get them to file a report for harrassment. Then if that doesn't stop him, but your dad on the line. If that STILL doesn't work, get a guy friend to pretend to be your man and get on the phone and yell at them.
I have had to deal with these weirdos before, 9 times out of 10 the police thing will work.

Its called 911, he sounds like a stalker. How about explaining to him what a jail cell looks like or restraining order or statutory rape. That should scare him off. LOL

Keep a record of all the emails he sends. Report him to your's or his carrier and report him. Call the police showing them the evidence.

have you tried just hanging up when he calls? don't speak, just hang up....stay with it for an hour, he'll get the idea...after that, just shut the phone off, when you're not calling other people. It works for telemarketers, should work on him...

GO TO THE COURT HOUSE AND HAVE A RESTRAINING ORDER PUT ON HIM. IF THAT DONT WORK HAVE HIS A$$$ kicked.
