I don't want to have to blow dry it.No bleaching because ive done that and it didn't realy work.

mix lemon and lime juice and squeeze it onto your hair. it worked for me!

Strikes? Do you mean highlights? If so, with your natural color being a lighter blonde, you might be able to get highlights with color. If the stylist used bleach and they didn't come out right, then they were not put in right. Bleach last until it's cut out so it never fades. Try highlights and lowlights. use cool chamomile tea and apply it all over damp hair. go out into the sun for 4 to 6 hours. you can go 2 shades lighter. it wont damage your hair like lemon juice or peroxide.

look in walmart or a drug store for "Sun-in" it's not chemical. you spray it in your damp hair, then just got out in the sun till it dries. i like it alot. =]

y don't u dye ur hair a tiny bit darker and then put really light streeks in it!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
