Sweetie, I am afraid that gravy doesn't really go with a Mexican style dish...Maybe salsa or pico de gallo. Look online at recipes.com and they have EVERY recipe under the sun!

What do you mean mexican style with gravy? What kind of gravy white or brown? i dont think mexican chicken sounds good with gravy unless you have some mashed potatoes to go with it. You can make fried chicken, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, with macaroni and cheese, haha. Okay so that didnt help try this im sure this will help you just type in "chicken legs mexican" http://www.recipelink.com/wwwboard/tklcc.html this is a great site i use it regularly. Good luck!

Bake your chicken legs at 350 for 30 minutes in a baking dish, in the mean time mix together 1 can old elpaso green enchilada sauce with one can mild rotel remove chicken and drain grease-
pour sauce over chicken and cover-
bake an additional 20 minutes to 30 depending on how big they are.
Top with sour cream and cilantro

I think mexican style is fine, but gravy isn't any type of mexican dish. Unless you mean like a red or green chile sauce?
Those are usually pretty watery, not very thick. I guess you could add flour to thicken those sauces, but I don't think they'll taste very good.
