I think the "streets of gold" is a metaphor. And some so-called Christians might dirty them up just by trying to get in.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Sobbing for what? Sobbing for dying, with tears of joy, or in penitence? I don't think it's for us to decide nonetheless. Only God can judge, so why worry about sobbing? Focus on and try to learn more about what God wants for us, and leave it at that.

Sobbing Christians? Hmm seems to me, if they were sobbing, then they would be awful repentative, wouldnt they???
Or, are you cold hearted, or heardened of heart that you wouldnt want a repentive soul in Heaven?

We all belong in the Kingdom of Heaven, so it's not a question of who SHOULD be let in, but a question of who WANTS to go in.
Jesus died so we can live eternally in his Kingdom with him, now it's up to you to join Him by repenting your sins and accepting Jesus as your saviour. Would you do it?

The Bible says in Heaven there will be no more tears, so it's impossible for anyone to sob there.

there is no degregation of any kind in heaven, ever, it is not possible. you also lose the care for the things that might make you cry on earth. you may feel sadness for people still living their earth lives, but not tears.
