I'm not sure what exactly you are asking, name of the item or where to purchase them, but the item you are describing can be purchased at most hardware stores and appliance stores. It is called Dryer Vent Hose. It's usually made with thin aluminum (foil) and steel wires. Don't forget to buy two large hose clamps to secure it to the appliance and the vent on the wall.
You can also use aluminum adhesive tapes, not to be confused with duct tapes.

It is called flex pipe and can be purchased at Ace Hardware or some auto parts stores.

buy a longer one at a hardware store and cut it down to size with tin snips.
