Doesn't "medium" indicate between two things? i tried pointing this out to management at the local wendy's and they seemed not to care.

Hahaha. I agree with you. It seems like "Super Sized" has become a bad thing and now "Small" isn't good either. Don't know why they have to make it so confusing.

Because most places do use the small size and if they said "small" people would assume that it was the small. The sizes they actually use are the medium and large size cups. It's to keep you from being confused so don't fight it.

I've noticed that too, and it's retarted. But I agree that it's the kiddie size they consider the small. Since we're on the drink/size subject though, don't you hate it that a medium at one place is a large at another? Ticks me off! lol.

Nothing in America is a small, We can't handle that portion. They should only make the Ignorant-American-XXXL size. After you choke down all the corn syrup and modified food starch you can bath your whale shaped butt in it.
