Well if I understand this correctly your saying you have two computers, and one of them has a connection to a mobile data network and you want to have both computer get access.

If the computer with the mobile connection is running XP then it's pretty easy. What you do is get a crossover cable and plug that between the network cards on each computer.
On the mobile connected computer, you go into network connections and go to the properties of the mobile connection, then to the Advanced tab. there should be an option for "Share this connection” check that box and then click okay.
On the other computer, make sure it's local area connection is set to find its address and DNS automatically. You might have to reboot that computer after connecting the first one to the mobile network for it to get online.
