Because the romantic, story book, Hollywood movie, happy ever after, fairy tale B.S. doesn't exist!!!
I no longer believe in it.
There is no "someone for everyone".
The right guy WON'T come along.
Love will NOT find me when I least expect it.
It just doesn't happen, it just doesn't exist.
THE ONLY LOVE THAT I KNOW TO BE TRUE IS THE LOVE I FEEL FOR MY CHILDREN. Everything else is sex & b.s.

First of all, calm down! Many days I feel like that too, but then I remember that you just have to look really, really hard and you'll find fantastic people for or in love. It's beautiful. Just look hard... trust me. I know it's sad, but just pray and do as much good as you can around you! And I also heard two sayings... one goes something like this:
"The human population is like a field; there is good grass and bad weeds. God didn't abandon the whole field because of the bad weeds, He knows to look hard for the good grass and that's why He keeps the field."
And the other: "I don't know what the future holds, but I do know who brings it (God)." Quote by O. Winfrey
Hope this helps you keep hope and faith! :)

Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender,
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexatious to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

the whole world is corrupted by greed, take a look around, forget men and women.
Look at all of it the big picture.
Judgemental people on a dry drunk have turned mean and hateful cause they gave up things they love now they are in a hurry to get everyone else to be like them.
I'd rather not have it around me at all.
It causes extreme bitterness and hatefulness and now timeing is right for someone to use your hate to follow thier will.

It's because most of you women will bang a guy to keep him, not realizing that it's the beginning of the end.
Everything in our culture today is about "new" - and relationships have fallen under this category too. We are now seeking new relationships like we shop for a new car.

Look around you; there is no love anymore, only money. People have been moving away from God. Yes God and family values toward money for decades now. And this is the result. It's all about the money.
