How can I get my hair to be wavy like Nelly Futado's on her new video Permiscuous when she's wearing that black dress and tips

I've never seen it, but a good way to get wavy hair is to shower at night and when it is still wet put it into a coule french braids and sleep in it like that. The next morning when you take it out it will be nice and wavy and will stay that way until you wash it again.

Get a Crimping Iron, Revlon ad Remington Make them, go to your closet Beauty supply store and ask for it, they'll know what your talking about.

Use a Curling iron

you should be able to do it with a curling iron....or certain rollers.
another trick is to wet your hair and braid it into several (not little) braids...use mousse or something....when it dries, take out the braids.....this works on some hair
