I've never actually tried it, but I buy stuff from there all the time and the people coming out always look really nice.

I've tried the one near me (New Jersey). Not sure if you are from NJ, but each I'm sure is different. I had a good experience there, but it was most likely b/c the stylist was good. She's no longer there so I haven't been back, but the prices were reasonable. Their spa services are great as well!
