Change is always good. This is something I've done and the male was shocked and very appreciative and it added a little spark to the relationship. I think it serves as a reminder that the female is not just out to drain the male and take all she can. Relationships should be give and take, you know?

I think it good to break up the traditional man pay for everything and always ask the girl thing sometimes. Ive done it a few times and Ill do it again. (granted were married now, but its still the same idea) theres nothing wrong with it as long as you let him know if thats how you want it to be for the long haul. Men like to be pampered just as much as we do and if you do it once then youll have to do it all the time unless you set limits with him in the beginning.

Why would a woman want to pay for the date? You are the one courting her...correct? If this is a new relationship, I take serious offense to her paying for it. After several dates, a woman should offer to pay for the tip...However, a gentleman would never allow her to pay.

I've done it & I see nothing wrong with it. Several times it was to celebrate - a birthday, a promotion, that sort of thing. Sometimes I paid because I issued the invitation. Sometimes I paid so he wouldn't have to every time.

in this day an age why can't a woman pay for the entire date? their is nothing wrong with a woman paying for the entire date.

I'm all for it just as long as it's not every date we go on. If I'm the one who asked I'll be the one to pay.

It's 2006 and I'm for it. I wish a girl would take me out and pay for it. It would be up to me whether or not I gave her a goodnight kiss.

If it was an older established relationship, maybe. I have been married over fifty years and it still bothers me if my wife pays for our meal out, which she does once in awhile. OLD SCHOOL!!!!

nobody's old fashion anymore...and most often now girls like to pay for the guys too...kinda like a 50/50 thang, guys pay sometimes, girls pay sometimes, even tho it mite feel awkward, its almost like respect, she shows dat u dont always hve to pay for her, she can do it herself too. so if she insist, let her, but dont make her pay all da time LOL...
