Not if you really wanted to experience the places and cultures. And certainly not with kids, unless you don't value your sanity.

Sure, you could easily visit all 7 continents in seven weeks -- especially if you are interested in having your rear-end reshaped into the form of your plane seat.
Attempting to land in the Antarctic would be the diciest leg of the trip, due to the paralyzing storms, so you'd have to plan carefully for the right season. Packing and hauling the appropriate clothing would also be a real treat.
There's one other option to consider that would make the trip far more enjoyable...Don't make the trip in 7 continuous weeks.
If you insist on making the trip in seven consecutive weeks, here's how I'd do it to lessen the jet lag: Visit 4 continents in 3 weeks. Start with N America (Dep. Miami), S. America (W. coast - Chile), Antarctica (25 minutes lol), and beat a hasty retreat to S. Africa to rest for 1 week. Then to N. to Europe, and traveling eastward, daily (train's a good hit) and Asia. Enjoy a relaxing 1 week trip in Asia, with leisurely, daily travel toward its southern tip. Hop on a flight to then take a hop to Australia, and finish it off in Christchurch, NZ. End your journey in San Francisco, and have dinner at the Top of the Mark.

Not easily. I took a trip around the world in 1999. Only visted 4 continents, it took 3 weeks, and I spent at least one whole week in the air. I never had enough time to see any one place well, in fact many places all I saw was the airport, hotel, and a guided tour before the next desitnation.

Yes, I do think you could achieve this as I have accomplished this feat in far less time. If well planned & prepared for it is not hard. The majority of my travel was business related and I surpassed my intended goals for the trip. However, I encourage anyone if possible to be flexible enough in your travel agenda to make room for visiting both tourist attractions & step off the beaten path to imerse yourself in the culture of the country. I really did not have that opportunity & I regret not doing so.

While it is possible, it is very stressing. Constantly flying for almost two months straight is enough to send some more tense travelers into a panic, while the more relaxed traveler would most likely simply have issues with mastering so many tongues in that amount of time (or finding sufficient translators).

You can visit all of them by just spending some time with the maps.

Easily? I guess...but some problems would probably happen...I flight delayed....cost big big money....so it could be easy...but probably not....You could have an enjoyable time a week in one place is plenty.

No. There is no way to visit everything in that short amount of time.
