hun i've had about 20 cavities, u've came to the right person..... first you'll get a numb shot it doesn't hurt but make sure you don't chew on the side of your mouth cuz then after the numbness wears off it'll hurt... when they drill to get the cavity all cleared up it'll hurt a little bit but u can't feel it since ur mouth is numb, after that they need to fill it so don't touch ur tooth with ur tongue, and ur done after that so good luck... it's not that bad... heck i'm used to it.....

have the cavities filled. They may not hurt now but later on when you least expect it they will. Take care of it now. If you so choose not too it can lead to bigger problems like a root canal. Root canals are not fun to go through and are allot more costly. Take care of it now while you still have the tooth.

yes cavities can hurt, especially when anything sweet touch the tooth. try to avoid eating sweets like candy, pies, cookies. when u get ur filling they will tell u to not eat anything that is sticky, it may be hard to do, but it will pay off in the end.

It aint too bad if you get them done while they are still small. the bigger the cavity the larger the hole they have to drill to get it out. Ask for lots of Novacane or laughing gas

Get them filled before you need a root canal
Getting fillings is nothing....barely hurts at all
Have them give you novocaine

eventually they will hurt, and by that time its TOO LATE to maybe save the teeth, and you can get an abcess, which SUCK!!!! SO if you have cavaties...get them filled asap, and talk to your dentist about sealing your teeth once all the cavaties are filled, to help protect against more.
