I am not related, but if you go to (free) and search The Family Tree of The Jewish People for Herscovitch in Romania you will find 21 hits (leave the Daitch-Mokotoff Soundex option on). Most of these are spellings which are probably from the same family (Herscovci, for example, is probably the specifically Romanian spelling of the name). Each entry lets you contact the people who are researching those individuals.

One word of caution; if you are new to researching your family, or if you have never researched a Jewish branch of your family, some of your searches are bound to leave you in tears.
