I hate the "slimmy" texture but Yogurt is your best bet, but you can buy over the counter acidophilus supplements(that's the good bacteria in yogurt). Be careful, because yeast is a natural part of body's system. Yeast overgrowth can be caused by real problems.........mine was to much sugar.

Not what you can eat to stop it but what you can stop eating that helps with yeast infection. Don't eat YEAST. Donuts, bread etc. It makes a difference.

You have to cut back on sugar. Yeast lives on it.
