Go to your old school and ask for a transcript. Grades are not posted anywhere online for privacy reasons.

Write the Board of Education in the county you attended the school and request a transcript. There may be a cost of a couple of bucks to cover their processing.

Contact the school systems. You should have been given them when you graduated.
