I believe it was a misprint when it said "The Meek shall inherit the earth" when clearly it should have been the gays!

They should get a good portion. They should have a big sound system, with records full of gay anthems.
The lord sayeth
They shall inherit the earth, and thay shall have a gay old time forever.
There will be an abundance of surrogate mothers on Gaea as well I'd imagine.

Meek = gay??? Show me in the Greek manuscripts where it said that meek is a definition for Gay?
There are compassionate gays, meek gays, rude gays, just like there are compassionate heterosexuals, meek heterosexuals, rude heterosexuals. So I don't agree that the The Gays shall inherit the earth. After all a lot of gays are coming out of the closet, which contradicts the meek argument because you can't be meek and assertive at the same time.

i don't agree at all.
it does state in the bible that if the gays don't repent, change their lives around, ask god for forgiveness b/4 passing away, they shall not inherit the kingdom of god.
god says hate the sin, love the sinner.
god loves all of the gay people in this world, just the same as you & i.
he has an unconditional love for them too. people choose the way they live, we all have a choice to make in life. right or wrong. but if we choose wrong, there are consequences to pay: like aids, hiv....etc.
but gods a merciful, just, forgiving, loving god too. if they repent, turn from their ways, god will definitely forgive them.
pray for them.
so, no i definitely don't agree with you.

I dont agree. As for gays in general, I have nothing against them. But I do find some of them...well, the ones Ive met and worked with...a pure irritance to say the least. But I can understand why they could be irritable. On the other hand I would never really appreciate what goes through their minds as I am not one myself.

I like how everyone is so Colorful about how they know what God is thinking and how they know that all homosexuals are going to hell and everything when clearly the Bible does state "Judge not, lest ye be judged and found lacking". Oh and for all of those bigots who think God hates gays, remember Jesus' teachings where He said that the Father loves each and everyone of us? Or how you are supposed to treat your neighbor the way you treat yourself.... That would be bad if you treated yourself as you treat everyone else, because then you would be dead from the constant depression you were causing yourself. Huh, that is delightfully funny.

The word meek may have denoted gay back then!
Now, that would make sense. I think you are onto something similar to the Da Vinci Code coverup but more along the lines of a butthole coverup.

NO!I believe that God knew what he was saying in the Bible and he has the right to decide who does or who does not inherit the earth, and who are we to tell him?I agree with him not you sorry, but that's the way it is!
