good question! i'm not a Rabbi and that i don't understand what the regulation says approximately this yet for my section there may be some problems with this. first of all if the eating place isn't owned by ability of a Jew - ordinarily, i don't think of that's a difficulty, it fairly is while you're serving the nutrition to those that aren't Jewish... yet what happens in case you have a Jewish costumer? as an worker on the eating place you are able to not tell him "I won't serve you", now that's a difficulty. yet another difficulty i will think of of is that as a Jew you're actually not allowed to cook dinner meat and milk mutually, what happens if the chef asks you to cook dinner some thing like that? yet another difficulty is "Marit Ain" and "Hilul Hashem" - seeing a Jew working in a non kosher eating place could be a difficulty on diverse stages as properly. the wonderful component of do is to ask a Rabbi and please enable me understand what he says, this could be a good question!

"Le Marais" is a glat kosher restaurant I love - great steak. And it's west of Grand Central. (See link below) on 46th, between 6th & 7th.
Enjoy!
