proportional measurements to go along with the nice a**. Probably most important to me is a level of maturity in how they dress, look and talk. I absolutely hate when women try to dress like they are 16 - 20 years old when they aren't. I also hate when a woman constantly uses the word "like" in EVERY sentence. Very immature and a real turn - off.

Young women have ambition. Not that older women don't - but younger women have FRESH ambition. We also have freedom, from family, friends, children, school, everything. And tons of choices available to us. We are not held down, and generally have no blinders that have been built up over the years.
We have the ability to see things with a new, bright light, that is not crowded or overshadowed by, what men like to call it, baggage.
We like to take care of ourselves, go to the gym, be fit and eat healthy. The metrosexuality of men that is talked about frequently also applies to young women. We take care of ourselves, and have fun doing it. The generation today is one that is more diverse and interesting than ever before because we have many options, and are not afraid to explore them.
We, in other words, are not just a nice piece of ***. Sorry if you can't deal with that. Maybe you need to let go of some baggage.
