ok, i really like this guy at work. when i see him we chat about any kind of stuff. we always say hi when we pass and smile at eachother. my friend who works in the same dept. as him said he is single and definately looking.
now, what i want to know is, should i make him see that i am interested or let him make a move? i am rather old fashioned and don't believe in approaching a guy, BUT he is a good looking guy and what if i miss the boat with him?
ok, bottom line..........
should i make a move or let him? if i let him, what signs should i look out for that he is interested?
(i've been out of the dating game for a while)

There is a way of making the move without actually making the move. Get me? Be subtle, but let him know--so he can ask.
Body language is the key here. This is an art some women have...and it can be very sexy. I imagine it can be frustrating to for some guys 'just don't get it'...lol
I respect that you do not want to do the asking...that does put you in a different category than those that will. Ultimately, as a man he must know what he wants and go for it.
Also be catious with your feelings until you know the deal with him...He may be avoiding office romance...or he may be planting seeds in many plots to see what will bear fruit.
Of course, look for any after work or lunchtime hang out opportunities.

Make the move girl!! It sounds like you guys might have something there...the older I get, the more I believe in not wasting any time..you only live once and you can't let this one pass you by!!! I suppose you could wait for him to make the first move but what if someone else steps into the picture?? Just ask him out and be straight to the point. Guys love being asked out. They will almost never say no.
And be straight to the point and don't beat around the bush. I'm not that smart

You seem to have forgotten - the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Buy three cakes and take them to your friends department, give her one, offer him one and start to chat. He will get the message and will speak to your friend about you. With a little luck, you will have him hook, line and sinker - the lucky so-and-so...................
