it's hard, but you learn to deal with it. I lost 2 grandpas and an aunt to it, and it was really hard, but you get over it as time passes.

Yes, I have lost my mother-in-law, grandmother, uncle and aunt. It is very hard to accept they are gone but I find some comfort in knowing that they have stopped suffering from this terrible dicease. If you need someone to talk to or just someone to listen to you, don't be shy, I'll be there. Mourning is not an easy thing. Maybe you are angry, or sad, or discouraged or confused right now, it is normal.
If you or your family need more support, check out this site, it might help.

Yes. We had Hospice, they were very helpful in knowing what to expect, and how to deal with it. Just take things one day at a time. Time helps the healing and the grieving.

My grandparents, parents and 3 of my 5 brothers are dead.
Does it matter how someone dies?
You accept the loss and move on. You can't bring them back and wallowing in misery does no one any good, especially you.
