get a book, dude. or read a women's mag at the pharmacy or bookstore.
The main thing is to keep relaxed and feel what she's doing - if she backs away (esp. if she does so fast), then you're doing something wrong (at least for her) and it's OK to ask how you can do better. If you're young and esp. if she is, you might not get a straight answer.
That's why I suggest you find a book on this subject.

Everything in moderation. Not too much tongue, not too much spit, not too hard... but still some tongue, a little spit (it happens), and a little pressure... It's hard to tell, the easiest thing is just to go with it. Do what feels right and get into it, and it will all work out in the end.
