At times, I have often thought who would be the best person to have on an island when I was stranded there...someone resourceful, someone fun, or someone handsome?! LOL. I look forward to the answers!

I would want to be stranded with my life mate. Unknowing of who that is I can tell you why. My life mate would be the objectivity necessary for survival. A vision to see what needs to be done as we are working or an easier way to accomplish our goals such as fishing finding food or water. Some one to talk to and not have to sheild myself from them talking at me. One that would see the positive in our being stranded on an island where no one else is and a willingness to be part of a team in our continued existance. Sharing our resourses equally and contributing to their replenishment. Giving back to us what they would use as I would. In essence the well would not be dry and always half full. Sacraficing equally without complaint. Receiving love and thankfulness that I am not there by myself and have such a covetted partner.

By the way. These are not just what I look for if the case of a stranded Island setting but in real life as well. These attributes would work equally as well or better living in the South Pacific or in Southern California. Realistically we could make a very good life in virtually any environment or climate or culture. Hope this is what you were looking for.

My husband, he knows how to make or repair almost anything. Also which kinds of island foods that would be safe to eat. He's also a good fire starter so we could cook.He knows about the stars and can tell time without a watch. He's great to talk and listen too. And he takes good care of me. When you've got the best why would you want anything else?

I have thought about that one for a while. I could take my best friend, but we would end up not getting along quite quickly. The person I would take would have to be my girlfriend, who will be my wife in a few years. She makes me happy, we get along great, and we would have the most fun together.

My wonder full girlfreind because she lets me touch her special spot...

Either that or the secratary here at work because I would love to see her in a coconut bakini

Other than that ... I would have to say my best freind (next to my girlfreind), Because I know that I can get allong with him for long periods of times and I know that he is smart enouph that we could figure out how to survive... Same thing as with my brother.

But in the end I would have to say my girlfreind, because I really can no stand being away from her for too long, and she is just as good as every one else above in all cases above.
I love you baby.

A volleyball named Wilson...j/k : )

I would bring Will Estes. I know this will never happen so I'm picking the most outragous answer I can think of. He's an actor and I've had a huge crush on him since junior high!

I would never condemn one person from my life to be deserted with me on an island. However, I would need some company, so I would choose a woman with no arms, or legs, so she would depend on me to do things for her, and by the same token, couldn't run away from me in my times of need..........

My husband. Aside from the obvious reasons, he would keep me entertained. I would feel loved, needed, and important. Nothing would seem too remote if he were there.
