Aloe will keep your skin SOFT, neosporine and bacitracine keep your skin CLEAN.

I am guessing that you 1) have a popped blister and that 2) you wanna keep running

So....put the antibiotic stuff on it....bandage it up....and put something like vasaline on the outside of the bandage so it will slide against the sock rather than rubbing against the sock and coming off. Then, put on the sock, and the shoe, and go for a run. That may or may not work.

Second choice- don't run for a day or two or three.
get in the pool or on the bike....give the blister a chance to get better.

If it gets WORSE or infected...you are gonna be away from running for up to 2 weeks....so be really careful!

There are special bandages, but I forgot which brand. I found them at Target.

Aloe vera gel will help. You can either use the plant (should be available at most garden stores) or you can buy it in health stores in a tube.
