In that this is the Travel area, I assume you are asking in regard to taking a trip there? Here's a neat site with reviews of people's impressions of the airports/approach--hope you find that useful! :)

They refer to the airport you mention as GIMPO, though that is not the only one.

Kimpo airport is still the closest airport to Seoul, as its in Seoul.
It has flights to Japan also.
Incheon airport is just outside of Incheon city. That is the main international airport, depending on traffic, it can take between 40 mins- 2 hours to get into Seoul city.

For International airports, there are three: Incheon International Airport, Gimhae airport in Busan and Jeju airport in Jeju-do. For domestic airports, it would be Gimpo Airport in the city of Gimpo, just west of Seoul.

Incheon, it i out close to the sea. You can still take the city and hotel buses into the city. They are a great deal. They are talking about a high speed train, but I do not think it has started yet.
