Should they be forced to buy first class tickets as they cannot fit into coach seats without making those next to them uncomfortable?

YES, OR 2 COACH SEATS. I'M TIRED OF SITTING NEXT TO PEOPLE THAT INFRINGE ON MY SPACE. I PAID FOR IT.

I think it would be neat if they built a food court for chunky people down in the baggage compartment so that after they have their 4 pieces of Sbarro pizza they can lay around and put their feet up on all the suitcases and digest for the next round

Yes, but if broad enough to need it they should buy the adjoining seat at a discounted price. Sadly, slender people do not get a discount for occupying less space.

Should you be allowed to voice your opinion? Well, unfortunately.....yes. Should you have to experience discomfort from time to time? Definitely, yes. Were you raised by wolves? Almost certainly. Should over weight people be allowed to sit in coach.....Absolutely. And they should also get to step on your pointy little head.

Yes- they should be punished even MORE than they already are, maybe branded w/ a big red "F" (fatty) on their foreheads, or forced to listen to shallow teens and 20somethings for HOURS.
They pay DOUBLE if they are huge.
Now let's do something about all the CANCER patients, they REALLY creep me out!

no, we should make the skinny people double up with other skinny people to make space for the pleasantly plump people, two nasty little scrawny freaks to a seat. maybe it would not be as bad if airlines were not so damn cheap about space

If they require more than one seat, they should PAY for the extra seat -- no discount.
Incapacitated passengers in litters already pay for three seats.

no they should have to pay for 1st class there $ is the same is yours...if you require more comfort then you lay out the $ for first class
