Need to edit a baby picture to add some angel wings and halo props. Also would like to eliminate the background or change the background on a photo picture.

photoshop elements is easier to learn and cheaper, and should do most anything you want it it for. It's about $75 US. You can get a free trial here:

Paintshop Pro is also excellent, more capabilities than the above, if you want to learn to do a lot of cool things. It's $99 US. I prefer version 8, but you can get a free trial of version 10 here:

You can get Gimp free, and there are lots of free tutorials available for it, get it here:

photoshop, although it can be quite expensive if you are not a student/teacher, but well worth it! or you could send the pic to me and I could do it for you. (my screen name @yahoo.com) I am a graphic design student.
