Does anyone have a ham radio in good shape that i may have or buy?

Do you really mean ham radio (that requires FCC license) or CB (which does not require license)?

If former, there are many places on net such as www.qrz.com that are suitable for such inquiry. If latter, flea market often have a dozen or so.
