Where do you live? I live in central North Carolina, USA. A few months ago, the state troopers had just gotten better radars that help them pin-point the cars that are speeding. Before then, they pointed the radar, saw only the fatest speed, and had to pick out by eye which car out of the group was the one doing that particular speed.

Another thing is calibration. Radars and speed-checking machines are supposed to be regularly calibrated and checked on. If they're not, they can get off-true.

[edit]lol. Nvm. I didn't know what "UA" meant, assumed "speed" meant car speed, and answered your question completely out of context. Since I started answering before any others had posted... well, sorry about that. :-) [/edit]

you refering to a hot piss test? UA as in Urine Analysis? Not many false positives unless there is actually speed in your system (blood).

check ipassedmydrugtest.com they should have list of false positives for different drugs.
