our refridgerator is freezing our vegtables and we dont want to waste them. is there any way to use a frozen tomatoe or peppers ect. that wont make us sick

I always throw away vegetables that end up frozen in the fridge. Well, the peppers will probably be good. Just cook them up in a little oil and put them on...pretty much anything. Tomatoes frozen? No... If your fridge is freezing the vegetables, adjust the temp control inside. It helps to keep your fresh veggies near the front of the shelves. Closer to the door, it'll be a little warmer and may keep them from freezing.

P.S. The best way to keep tomatoes is in a brown paper bag on the counter, at least until they are fully ripe. After that, just set them on the counter, they'll keep longer.

turn the temp. levels on the fridge down. 9 is coolest! (on my fridge)

put it in some tomato soup, it'll soon thaw out.

or keep them out to de frost then eat them.
