I have had many answers to the following question: What happens when you sneeze with your Eyes open? One person says your eyes would fall out, another says you just Can't. Many other people are asking me too.. so I need to find out. Thanks.

Apparently, according to Wikipedia, nothing much will happen in the select individuals that can sneeze with their eyes open. If you are like most people, you have a nonconscious reaction to a sneeze by closing your eyes. To prop them open to see what would happen, I think that would be painful to do since the close eye reaction is so strong.

I've only ever heard that it is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open. I thought about it and tried it, and I dont think it can be done either. If you want to find out the truth, try it yourself and see if you can master it. It would be a pretty cool talent.

It is impossible. The pressure produced by the sneeze is too great; your eyes will close whether you intend for them to or not. I've actually tried to sneexe with my eyes open, and I can tell you that repeated attempts have proven the statement true - it really is impossible.

I heard your eyes would fall out, but every time I sneeze my eyes automatically shut on their own.

Well, normally, it's impossible to do so.
But if you did you'd see yourself eaither a. holding your nose or b. sneezing out junk.

It's physically imposible to sneeze with your eyes open, so who would know what would happen.

Well, it is physically impossible to hold your eyes open while sneezing unless you use your hands or something. And if you do, it is very possible that your eyes will be expelled from their sockets. I've tried it, and my eyes didn't come out, but it hurt like crazy and one of my eyes started to bleed and I had to go to the ER... I wouldn't recommend it. ;)
