I believe IRC (India/ Russia/ China)
No one wants to be USA's Allies (except Japan, SK, Aussies, and Brits). Look at those countries (their size, their population, the economy) and why should they suck up their a** for the US and get Owned? Oh wait- the US is bribing their foreign policy out I forgot.

Maybe the US can take out 2 of the 3 IRC, but by then US would be exhausted and tired. Look at Iraq, Vietnam, Korea War.

Also, if a war starts, its probably US' cause, therefore people within the US won't be supportive. But if you ask other people in their foreign countries, many of them dislike the US and their foreign policy, and disapprove the way the US is trying to control and dominate the world, so they are more likely to support the war even if the lose.

You really think India would go in with them? That's crazy!!! It's totally contrary to their interests to ally with totalitarian states against the free world, or to oppose the greater of the two forces. If any war were to emerge between either China or Russia or both & the west, India would be best served taking its place with the free world, or at the very least staying on the sideline.

In such a hyper-war scenerio, possibly the fish win with no further human life, but we might get them in the process maybe just no one. If it didn't go nuclear than there's no question the US would win even w/ very little to no support from any allies. But once these three nuclear powers are backed into a corner & about to be defeated, it's plausible that they'd then use nukes right? So I'm sticking with the mutated super-fish.

This scenario is highly improbable as an alliance between China, India, and Russia is unlikely. If anything, a regional nuclear war between China and India has a higher probability. Likewise, relations between China and Russia do not appear to be all that smooth.

However, I agree with the assessment that if a world war broke out between these three nations against the US and its allies, then no one would win. The conflict would quickly escalate to a nuclear conclusion, an extinction level event that would eliminate humanity and most other life from the planet.

Originally I would have thought the US and allies, but considering you put India, Russia and China (1 Billion, 250Mil and 1.3 Billion, respectively) on the same side, I have to go with the numbers game.

India and China are not as far back technologically as you may think. And Russia has always stayed close with us in pretty well every category.

China,India, and Russia would win on numbers alone. One out of every 4 people in the world is Chinese. The US has no money to support such a war because of irresponsible government spending. This is based on opinion only. Have a great day.

Philosophically no one will win especially if it goes nuclear.
Now, for those of you who indicate the India/Russia/China team will win simply because of their large populations you don't understand that wars are run and are won on logistics and the projection of power. If you have a billion man army (the 3 countries above) but you can't transport them or their equipment outside of your own boarders....what good does having a large army do? If you can't keep the supply lines open to provide food, water, ammunition and medical supplies to the front line troops then your chances of success are low. The days of the bayonet charge are over....too many land mines, smart bombs and artillery rounds that can fire up to 20 miles to reach their target. Hopefully the diplomats will continue to use words and not resort to weapons to settle disputes. Besides, historically the Russians and Chinese have never gotten along. The boarder between the 2 countries is one of the most fortified in the world. Good luck to everyone.

I am not convinced that India, China, and Russia would even hang together long enough to HAVE an alliance. There has been friction between Russia and China, and India and China for years. Their current needs and interests are not compatible. To form an alliance, they would have to have a VERY compelling reason to attack the U.S.. China is a big trading partner (but NOT a friend). India would like to be a bigger trading partner, and it is coming on. Russia is still trying to decide if it wants to be communist or captalist. Also, I do think that our technology still gives us an edge if push comes to shove.

India and China together??? not even in the dreams. India may stay neutral or join USA but definitely not CHINA after the shock they gave India in 1969.

The US would suffer the least casualties because:
A: We are the most isolated of the other nations.
B: We already have troops deployed in every corner of the world so India, Russia, and China will be on the defensive the entire time.

I think in a war like that the US will have no allies. But to answer your question, I think the Martians will win, because a war like that, nukes or no nukes, will be so devastating that humanity will be nearly wiped out allowing the Martians to come in and set up colony.
