Any pure juice contains fructose...which is fruit sugar. Can't avoid that in a juice. You can cut the juice with 50% water which is easier on your system.
Just look out for the added sugars which are refined...like corn syrup, dextrose, white sugar etc.

Natural sugar or added sugars?
Fruits contain natural sugars, you wont be able to avoid that in most fruit juices.
if you want to avoid added sugars look for "100% juice" on the label. (like juicy juice)
If you are looking for somethng sugar free or low carb, look at the few brands of "diet" juices that are out there. The Diet V8 splashes are pretty good, they have very little sugar, if any.

There are a lot of 100% fruit juices on the market - but remember, most fruits contain natural sugar anyway.

Look for 100% sugar free Apple juice. I bought that in an orchard place somewhere.

you can find no sugar added..but it still contains a lot of natural sugar. either way, natural sugar is better for you than artificial sweeteners. you can find light juices now with less sugar, like tropicana and minute maid!

you can get almost any juice unsweetened, lemon juice does not have any natural sugar in it. A really tasty alternative is Crystal Light, you can get it in fruit flavors with no sugar, or carbs.
