Has anyone had any issues with the court system in Dale County, AL? My mother is going through a divorce right now, and being treated horribly by everyone in the "justice" system there!

Most courts have an advocate's office. They can assist with any questions/complaints. Also, remember everybody has a boss. If your mother is being treated poorly by an employee of the court she can keep filing complaints with their boss until she gets to the top dog. Good luck.

I haven't heard of any negative issues. If the attorney cannot resolve the issue, I would check with the Alabama Bar Assoc for guidance. WWW.alabar.org
