Cheese, oh glorious Cheese!! On just about everything.
My favorites are Pepper Jack and Longhorn Colby. Sharp Cheddar with hot Apple Pie (out of the oven, just cool enough to eat).

I like cheese melted on tortilla chips or my second favorite is Ritz crackers a slice of cheese and a cut up dill pickle on top.

Cheese on toast! Mature cheddar with a splash of worcestershire, toasted till it's bubbling. Lovely!!

cheddar and blue cheese are my favorites
I like cheese on practically everything as well!!! Blue cheese is awesome on steak and salad, But cheddar...I go through a bag of shredded cheddar every week, if not sooner!!!

try a small bit of sharp cheddar with dark chocolate...i know it sounds wierd but trust me it is decadent! if you ever go to a party with a chocolate fountain or chocolate fondue, dip a cheese cube in it...if you love cheese you will be in heaven.
