Plain yogurt. You can substitute it for any mayo. And yes, mustard is great. I add that always! My typical recipe is tuna, mayo (or yogurt), garlic salt, celery, lemon juice, pickles, salt and pepper. YUM!

Olive Oil and some red wine vinegar mixed together with the tuna prior to putting it on the bread is a healthy, zesty alternative. Go easy on the vinegar as it is quite tangy.

Low fat home made mayo substitute.
You want the tart-egg taste of mayo
add boiled egg to your tuna and use any sour ingredient you want to tarten it

what i use in my cold tuna salad- plain nonfat yogurt, which imparts a slightly tangy taste.
add a little parmesan cheese and italian seasoning, too.
